L’approche proposée est cohérente et plutôt cool. Le principe d’apporter sans jugement le plus d’informations possibles au recruteur et de le laisser se positionner est très intéressant. Cela permet à chacun d’appréhender les profils en fonction de la culture et du mindset de leur entreprise.
En phase avec le constat. C’est vachement intéressant pour notre secteur. Ça respecte un certain nombre de codes. J’aime bien l’idée de challenger un dev sur tout un tas de sujets “connexes”. Ça serait bien que des formations soient suggérées à la suite de la saison.
C’est très malin. Cette solution peut faire gagner beaucoup de temps en phase de recrutement.La possibilité de créer des saisons privées est extrêmement intéressante.
